Grading
Golden State Paving will take on any size grading project. We will meet any specified slope for a strong foundation and positive surface drainage.
New Construction
Whether you are building a new apartment building or shopping center, Golden State Paving can assist you with asphalt paving and concrete work. We have completed many ground-up projects throughout Southern California.
Asphalt Repairs
Asphalt replacement consists of removing old asphalt and preparing to pave with new hot asphalt. We can also patch rough areas for a smoother look.
Asphalt replacement should be considered when the existing asphalt is damaged and not salvageable.
Petromat Fabric Overlay
Petromat fabric overlay is necessary when your existing asphalt has minor cracks but is still salvageable. Hot oil is applied prior to the fabric overlay to ensure a bond between the existing asphalt and fabric.
Concrete Work
Although our company specifies in asphalt work, we can also handle concrete jobs as well. Side walks, parking lots, walk ways, and any other concrete job our employees are able to handle.
Seal Coating
Seal coat will keep your asphalt well maintained and looking like new. If a seal coat is applied every 3 years as recommended, your asphalt parking lot will last a long time and will help avoid asphalt repairs. Seal coat will also seal all the asphalt pores and allow water to drain smoothly.
Striping
Striping is an in-house service we offer. We can stripe any style and type of parking stall line, handicap stalls, and any other type of striping your parking lot requires. We can also prep and paint your curbs with your desired color as well as install any concrete wheel stop, or add any signs that may be needed.
ADA Upgrades
Golden State Paving can upgrade any parking lot to meet ADA standards. The American Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses to ensure proper entry and accommodations for the disabled. We can install truncated domes, handicap stalls, signs, handicap access ramps, or correct the existing asphalt slope at your current handicap stalls.
Crack Fill
In order to prevent water from reaching the subgrade surface, cracks have to be filled prior to seal coating. This rubberized compound will also prevent cracks from spreading any further.
