Haidee Sandoval, Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer of Golden State Paving Co., Inc.®, is an Orange County native with a deep-rooted appreciation for the community she proudly serves. Her passion for people and commitment to excellence are reflected in every aspect of her work.
Before joining Golden State Paving Co., Inc.®, Haidee built an accomplished career in live television sports production, where she honed her ability to perform under pressure, manage complex operations, and deliver flawless execution. In 2022, she took a bold leap of faith, partnering with her husband, Ulises, to acquire and lead the family business into its next chapter.
Transitioning into the paving industry, Haidee quickly found her stride. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and naturally curious mindset have allowed her to seamlessly adapt and elevate operations across the company. She brings a fresh perspective to the business, helping streamline processes while maintaining the high standards the Golden State name is built on.
A customer-first leader, Haidee is known for her proactive approach. She anticipates challenges, troubleshoots effectively, and mitigates issues before they arise. Her leadership ensures that projects run smoothly and that clients consistently receive exceptional service.
