The company prides itself in the expertise of a wide range of services including asphalt repair, grading, new construction, petromat fabric overlays, concrete work, sealcoating, thermoplastic paint, crackfill, demolition and ADA upgrades. After being in business for almost 25 years, the company has collected quite an impressive list of clients both private and commercial. The company has also worked extensively in the public works sector, working with school districts throughout Southern California.
Ulises and Haidee Sandoval are partners in business and in life. When Ulises was in his late teens, his father Ismael Sandoval, hired him. What at first seemed as a regular job resulted in entrepreneurial training. While working besides his parents and relatives, Ulises learned the ins and outs of the business. When Ismael decided to retire in the spring of 2022, Ulises and his wife were ready to buy the company and continue the family legacy. As the President of the company, Ulises guides and directs the staff and crew making sure the decisions of the company are strategic and hold the standard of perfection and quality. A trait that his father started and will continue. His business partner Haidee, known for her organizational and interpersonal skills, left her TV Production career and joined forces with Ulises as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Golden State Paving Co.
Ulises and Haidee, alongside their team, will continue to provide current and future clients with the same level of professionalism that began in 1998.
